Claire is trained in a wide variety of techniques including sports massage, connective tissue, restorative work, stretching techniques, IASTM, and cupping.

She offers a safe space to anyone who wishes to feel more grounded and connected to their body. She believes the importance of having an awareness of mind, body, and spirit.

Claire enjoys lifting barbells, people's spirits, and her cat up in a Lion King inspired presentation. She also likes to eat and cook, reminisce about 90s nostalgia, sing to her dog, and practice being present and mindful.

She currently spends part of her time at the Arizona School of Integrative Studies working with students who seek bodywork as their path. She is the co-founder of Safi Co., a lifestyle and apparel brand. She is passionate about social justice and human rights and seeks to empower others.
