Whether you are a high level athlete, desk-dweller, or both, therapeutic massage and bodywork can aid in preventing injury, maintaining physical wellbeing, and restoring the mind and body. Recovery is a key component to promoting wellness and longevity.
Claire completed massage therapy training at the Arizona School of Integrative Studies (ASIS Massage Education) in 2012. Prior to that, she studied at University of Hawai'i at Mānoa and ultimately completed her undergrad at Northern Arizona University. She has trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities including MLD, myofascial, stretch, IASTM, cupping, oncology and post-op techniques.
She has primarily been in clinical, rehabilitative settings throughout her career. She has worked with ASIS Massage Education since 2018. She also has been an instructor for the Academy of Lymphatic Studies since 2022.
She can be found south of Old Town Scottsdale (Miller/Osborn), at Apex Bodyworx. Facilitating healing and promoting restoration, vitality, grace, and a sense of well-being is her mission.
